What is Kinnow?
An Enterprise Reasoning Platform: an ERP built around AI. It is one system for sales, purchasing, stock, accounts, payroll, compliance, property, maintenance, service and marketing, with agents that draft and advise across your data while your people decide. One product, 49 applications, built for India first.
Is there a licence fee?
There is no licence fee for the ERP or any application, and nothing per user, application, transaction or GB. A Kinnow partner sets one fixed price around your size and the work agents do.
How is Kinnow priced?
You pay for four parts, none of them per user: setup (one time), Kinnow Cloud (a flat fee set by the size of your business), agent packs for the work agents do, and customisation if you want Kinnow changed for you. A Kinnow partner or our team gives you one fixed price in writing. The software, every application, every user and building your own agents carry no charge.
How does the agent pack work?
Agents and Ask Kinnow draw on the credits in your agent pack. Pack credits refresh every month, and up to 20% of what you do not use carries into the next month. If you need more, top-up credits last 12 months. There are no seats. Search is free, and Ask states its cost before it runs. Your admin can share the credits out: a monthly limit for the whole company, for each role, for each person and for each company in a group. Agents and Ask Kinnow use the same credits, so one limit covers both.
Can we control who uses the credits?
Yes. Your admin sets a monthly limit for the whole company, for each role, for each person and for each company in a group. Agents and Ask Kinnow use the same credits, so one limit covers both. You get an alert as a limit nears, and a usage report shows who and which agents used how much. If a limit is reached, your admin can grant extra credits for the month with a reason, and it is recorded. The limits only share out the credits you have bought; they do not change your pack.
Is there a free plan?
Kinnow has no licence fee and no per-user fee. What you pay depends on the size of your business and the agent work you use, as one fixed price in writing. Request a demo and we will work it out on your own numbers.
Do you charge per user?
Never. Kinnow has no per-user seat licence, and nothing is charged per application, transaction or gigabyte. Add your whole team; the price doesn't move.
What happens when I run out of credits?
The ERP keeps working fully by hand. Agents wait for credits: you can top up at any time, and you get alerts well before any limit.
What does it take to get started?
A short conversation, then a setup sized to your business, delivered by Kinnow or a certified partner.
How long does implementation take?
We bring your data across and solve two or three problems first, typically in about two weeks; the rest follows at your pace. If you have several branches or companies, we move one at a time, and we move your accounting across at a month-end. You can also connect your existing tools first and move across later.
Can we migrate from our current accounting software?
Moving your data is a one-time, quoted service. The common accounting packages come across with ready-made import tools, and nothing goes live until the trial balance matches. The chart of accounts and opening balances import from your current accounting software. Earlier history can be brought across as part of the quoted migration.
What about Excel or a legacy system?
An AI field-matcher and the Transformer agent line up the columns in your spreadsheets and databases with Kinnow, and save the match as an import profile you can reuse and run again. Opening balances load from a trial balance; opening stock and closed invoices import too.
Can we keep our current tools during migration?
Yes. Kinnow connects to your sales, payroll and support tools while you move. For accounting, we move you across at a month-end. Move one application at a time.
Can I take my data with me if I leave?
Yes. You can export your data in standard formats during your agreement, and after it ends your data stays available for export for 30 days. It is then deleted or de-identified within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. See Our commitments.
Is my data secure?
Every request stays inside your company's account, and we test that separation on every code change. Access depends on role and is hidden when not permitted, files are encrypted with keys we manage, and every time an agent reads something it is recorded. See Security and data and Controls and audit.
Where is my data stored?
Each company account is hosted in its region: India accounts in India, and each other edition in its own region when it launches. We do not launch a country without its data residency in place. Where a provider processes data outside India, it is done in line with the DPDP Act. See Security and data.
Do agents read our email?
Only if you switch the knowledge layer on; it is off by default. It looks at one record at a time and only what the person's role allows, the message text is dropped after 24 hours, and employees can opt out.
Can an agent post a journal or file a return on its own?
Not by default. Agents draft and a person approves. Your administrator can let a specific step run on its own, with a limit, and every automatic action is recorded. GST returns are always filed by a person on the GST portal. See Controls and audit.
Does Kinnow handle compliance in my country?
India is in use today: GST returns, e-Way bill preparation, TDS and payroll. The e-invoice (IRN) connection to the government portal is being completed and is expected by early November 2026. UAE VAT and WPS, and Saudi Arabia (VAT first, with ZATCA e-invoicing planned after launch), arrive in December 2026, along with Singapore. The UK, the US and Canada follow in early 2027.
Does it work offline?
Kinnow runs in the browser on any computer or phone. Approvals, visits, stock counts and attendance work in your phone's browser today, and the mobile app follows in November 2026.
What if my sector isn't listed?
Kinnow works for 19 industries, each with its own terms, applications, agents and processes. Every business gets sales, purchasing, accounts, people and masters. Not listed? Tell us, and we set Kinnow up for the way you work, with your vocabulary, step-by-step routines and defaults. It needs no new software.
Do you work with CAs and partners?
Yes. CAs run all their clients from one view, CA Practice Mode, read-only by default. Partners register leads in the Partner Portal, track their pipeline and can deliver the setup.
What support do I get?
Standard support is included. Priority and Premium support, with faster response and a named lead, are available.
What about backups and business continuity?
Backup is included free. Assured and Critical continuity tiers are optional for businesses that need stronger recovery commitments.
Is there a mobile app?
The Kinnow mobile app launches in November 2026. It is built to do the work, not just show reports: ask a question, approve what an agent drafted, log a visit or check a figure. Few ERPs are designed to run the whole business from a phone.
Which languages does Kinnow support?
English and Hindi at launch. More languages will open up based on demand from customers; tell us which you need when you request a demo.
Can I ask questions in plain English?
Yes. Ask Kinnow answers over your records and documents within your access, and shows its reasons. It comes with Kinnow Cloud; Analytics adds saved dashboards and intelligence rooms.
Is Kinnow really the only software we need?
For running the company, it aims to be: finance, sales, buying, stock, people, compliance, property, maintenance, service, marketing, documents, conversations, e-sign and analytics on one record. Specialist layers such as CCTV analytics or building systems plug in as partners.
What is the System of Learning?
The part of Kinnow that gets sharper with use: agents learn from your approvals and corrections, figures you have confirmed and questions already answered are remembered for next time, and the workspace adapts to each role. If you need the software to change, you ask and we agree the change with you.
What is Veil?
Kinnow's privacy layer for AI. Veil, our privacy layer, holds back bank, tax and ID numbers and swaps names for placeholders before an AI call. It covers Ask Kinnow and most agents today; the rest are being added. Each answer keeps a record of what was sent and withheld.
Can Kinnow change to fit how we work?
Yes. Approval routes change when you say so in plain words, with a preview and a trial. The industry setup sets your vocabulary and defaults. For anything else, ask for a change from Ask: we agree what it covers, set a date, and close it with your verdict.
What is Zest?
Kinnow's home for conversations: messages, mail, meetings and site visits held together as one conversation on the record it is about, ending in a recorded decision. The Day shows what's ahead, what landed, and what has gone silent.
